Due to the texture in the LPBF-IN625 alloy, the performance anisotropy of the sample often appears, but sometimes the performance difference between the forming surfaces is not ideal. Besides, non-equilibrium solidification leads to a significant increase in the stable solution limit of the alloy elements in the base metal, making the performance of LPBF parts different from traditional bulk materials. So far, the research on the LPBF of IN625 has mainly focused on the microhardness and tensile properties. At the same time, there are few studies on other important properties such as high-temperature tensile strength, corrosion resistance, and creep properties.
